Mash grains at 150F for one to three hours or until starch conversion is complete. Conduct single or multi-step decoction if desired.
Bring wort to boil and achieve hot break.
Add hops, finings and remaining fermentable sugars according to schedule.
Chill wort until appropriate temperature to pitch yeast.
