Common Cider

Description:

A kit based Ginger beer with more body than normal and higher alcoholic level.

Ingredients:

  • Morgans ginger beer kit
  • Light dried malt 500 gms
  • brown sugar ( Bundaberg , Queensland )

Procedure:

Make kit in normal way and use yeast that comes with the kit. Add light dried malt to increase body( I find most standard kits lack a bit of heart). Use a dark brown sugar with a good amount of molasses( sugar grains stick together, does not pour ).
