A meal in a mug, rich brown with slight hop aroma and Caramel after taste.


  • 12.5 kilo Lager Malt
  • 5.00 kilo Crystal Malt
  • 750gms sugar
  • Perle Hops 65gms @ 90 minutes, 56gms for the last 10 minutes of the boil.
  • Irish Moss
  • Safale US-05 yeast

Mash @ 75f for 90 mins, sparge @ 85f then drain to kettle, add 65gms of hops, 750gms sugar and boil for 80 mins then add 56gms of hops for the last 10 mins with the Irish Moss. Drain to fermenter and add the yeast,,, fin.
