Mash @ 75f for 90 mins, sparge @ 85f then drain to kettle, add 65gms of hops, 750gms sugar and boil for 80 mins then add 56gms of hops for the last 10 mins with the Irish Moss. Drain to fermenter and add the yeast,,, fin.
