SMaSH - tasting notes varied from flowery to hints of orange, apricot, stone fruit and/or tea. slight spice on back end and finish clean.

Ingredients:

  • 10lbs Optic Malt
  • 1oz Tardif de Bourgogne - Boil 60 min
  • 1oz Tardif de Bourgogne - Boil 20 min
  • 1oz Tardif de Bourgogne - Boil 5 min
  • Yeast - Wyeast 3711

Additional Instructions

Boil: 90 Minutes
Primary Ferment: 2 weeks
Secondary Ferment: 3 week

transferred to secondary to clear for 2 weeks, then dry hopped 4 oz Tardif de Bourgogne - 5 days in secondary

bottle condition for 4 weeks
