Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale)

My first attempt at this. Turned out terrific and will be a staple. I bottled this but just started kegging and can't wait to put this in a keg. A slightly sweet flavor with a doughy finish. Also will use this recipe later for a Strawberry Shortcake version using strawberries in the secondary and marshmallow flavoring
