Description:

Dry with a slight honey sweet flavor and aroma. Great thirst qiencher.

Ingredients:

  • 13 lbs - Belgian Pilsner Malt
  • 1 lb - Crystal 20
  • 1 lb - White Wheat Malt
  • 1.75 oz Halletauer - 60 min
  • .25 oz Halletauer- 5 min
  • 16 oz - honey
  • 1 tsp - Irish moss

Additional Instructions

Boil: 60 Minutes
Primary Ferment: 14 days
Secondary Ferment: 60 days

Original Gravity: 1.065
Final Gravity: 1.017
Alcohol by Vol: 6.3%

Procedure:

Mash in at 152 for 60 min
