  • 3.5 lbs. Boiled tap water
  • 8 LBS 2 Row
  • 3 LBS Munich Malt
  • 10 oz. flaked wheat
  • 6 OZ. Torrified wheat
  • 1 LB Honey malt
  • 1 oz Williamette (First Wort Hop 90 minutes)
  • 1 oz. Hallertau Blanc (First wort hop 90 minutes)
  • 1 oz Williamette 30 minute flame out
  • 1 oz Hallertau blanc 30 minute flame out
  • WLP001 California Ale Yeast ( DME starter 2 hrs)

Boil: 90 Minutes
Primary Ferment: primary 4/24/16
Secondary Ferment: bottled 5/22/16
