This is a unfiltered Wheat Ale. Citrus and Coriander flavours from the spices and Hops added. Good head due to use of Wheat Malt.


  • 3 Pounds of Wheat Malted grain
  • 2.8 Pounds of Pale Malted grain
  • 0.2 Pounds of Caramel 80L Malted grain
  • 0.75 Oz of Splater Select Hops - 60 Mins
  • 0.25 Oz of Splater Select Hops - 15 Mins
  • Dried 1 orange peel -5 Mins
  • 1table spoon coriander seeds- 5 mins
  • 6 Grams or Half pack of Safale 05

Primary Ferment: 2 weeks

Heat 2 gallons of water to 153F and add all crushed grains and mash for 1 hour . keep it below 153F for a dry finish if you need a sweet finish then go uptil 160F. Sparge the grains with 2 gallons of water at 170F and collect the wort for boiling.
Add first round of hops on the boil and second round at 15 mins
Add Coriander and orange peel at 5 mins to end of boil.
Cool the wort to 70F and add yeast for ferment in primary for 2 weeks.
Bottle with corn sugar ( 70 grams ) for 2 weeks.
