This is a very simple recipe for first time All gain brewers . Its easy and best one for starters
This is 3 Gallon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 gallon or 12 litres recipe
  • 2.7 Kg of Pale Ale Malted Grain
  • 300 Grams of Crystal Malt 80L
  • 15 Grams cascade hops at 60 Mins
  • 10 Grams cascade hops at 30 Mins
  • 15 Grams cascade hops at 5 Mins
  • Safale 05 yeast

Additional Instructions

Boil: 60 Minutes
Primary Ferment: 2 weeks

Original Gravity: 1.058
Final Gravity: 1.012
Alcohol by Vol: 6.1%
Color SRM: 24  Color Sample 
Bitterness IBU: 22

Procedure:

Mash all the grains at 155 F in 9 Litres of water for 60 Mins
Strain and transfer the Wort and add 7 litres of water. Total water used is 14 Litres.
Make the Wort boil and add first set of hops -15 Grams cascade hops at 60 Mins
Add10 Grams cascade hops at 30 Mins
Add15 Grams cascade hops at 5 Mins
Coll the wort as fast os possible with the wort chiller or ice bath.
Add Safale 05 yeast - 5 to 6 Grams 65 to 70F

Fermentation- Primary for 2 weeks or 1 week primary & 2 weeks Secondary
Bottle with 70 Grams of Priming sugar or Keg it to force carbonate
