Description:

Blonde Belgian style Pale Ale . 29.6 IBU -- 4.7 SRM -- O.G. 1054 -- F.G. 1014 -- Alcohol ( ABV ) % 5.3 , for 23 liters beer , with 70% efficiency Very aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • 5 Kgr PILSNER .
  • 0.5 Kgr WHEAT MALT .
  • 0.250 Kgr AROMA .
  • 20 gr CASCADE .
  • 15 gr MAGNUM .
  • 15 gr EAST KENT GOLDINGS .
  • 11 gr SAFBREW S-33 .

Boil: 60 Minutes
Primary Ferment: 6

Procedure:

Mashing temperature for 60 min. at 64 ('C )
20 gr Cascade pellet = boil for 60 min.
15 gr Magnum pellet = boil for 15 min.
15 gr East Kent Goldings pellet = boil for 10 min.
Ferment temperature 22 ("C ) with Safbrew S-33 .
