One of the best beers I've ever brewed and I've probably made over 200 brews over the years. Give is a try if you want a nice well balanced hoppy IPA with great aroma!

  • 1# Melaniodextrin
  • 1# CaraPilsDextrin
  • 1#Vienna
  • 4 oz Citra
  • 4 oz Mosaic
  • 2 oz Brewers Gold
  • 2 oz Crystal
  • English Ale yeast

Additional Instructions

Boil: 70 Minutes
Primary Ferment: 2 weeks
Secondary Ferment: 2 weeks

Mashed for 75 min at 154 F
Sparge with 170 F water
Mix 2 oz Citra, 2 oz Mosaic, 2 oz Cyrstal and 2 oz Brewers Gold and divide into 7 equal increments
Add one increment every 10 minutes for 6 additions starting at the boil; 60-50-40-30-20-10 minutes and shut off burner and steep the last increment for 10 minutes before chilling the wort
Add 2 oz Citra and 2 oz Mosaic to secondary and let sit 2 weeks before kegging. Yummy!!
