I did BIAB started with 32 ltrs brought to 68c, bag in for 60mins, sparged with 2ltrs water 78c.
Bring to boil, add Magnum hops, at 30 mis add Fuggles hops, at 15 mins add Irish Moss. Heat off at 60 mins, cools to 22c add to fermenter and ferment for 7 days. Keg, as in my case, or bottle.
