Beer Style: American IPA  (14B)
Recipe Type: extract
Yield: 3 US gallons

American IPA
Beer Color

This should yield a flavor profile that is nearly identical to Foothills Brewing Co. (Winston-Salem, NC) Jade IPA. It is a very light bodied beer with a clean hoppy flavor of grapefruit and floral notes. The light body and hoppiness offset the higher alcohol content for a very pleasing drinkable beer. This recipe was formulated based on the numbers and descriptions given on the Foothills brewery website.
