Light body summer beer (lawnmower beer) smooth with subtle grape flavor with a great bright yellow color.


  • 7 lbs. pale malt two row – (3.0 SRM)
  • 2 lbs. Wheat malt German – (2.0 SRM)
  • 12 oz. Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM)
  • 4 oz. Caramel/crystal malt - 10L (10.0 SRM)
  • 1 oz. Pearl Hops (AA 8%) @ 60 min.
  • 1 oz. Spalt Hops (AA 3%) @ 2 min.
  • Yeast German Kolsch Whit Labs (WLP029)

Additional Instructions

Boil: 60 Minutes
Primary Ferment: 5-7 days
Secondary Ferment: 3 months
