  • Nottingham Ale yeast

Boil: 20 Minutes
Primary Ferment: 6 days
Secondary Ferment: 7 days dry hop then 7 days condition

Procedure:

20 min boil

Boil Amber DME for 5 min

2oz Williamette (last 15 min)

Cool to 80-86

Pitch 1 pack rehydrated Nottingham Ale yeast

0.5 oz williamette dry hop in secondary 7 days

Good procedure and taste. My hint would be to add an additional quarter gallon of water.
