Description:

Beautiful light gold. clean and crisp. the gravity corrections and abv i got from Brewzor the ibu i got from brewers friend. Actually came out 6.75 abv.

Ingredients:

  • 9 lbs pale ale malt
  • 2 lbs rye malt
  • 1 oz Chinook
  • 2 oz Cascade

Additional Instructions

Boil: 60 Minutes
Primary Ferment: 2 weeks

Procedure:

60 min mash, then sparge, i do a batch sparge. when boil starts add .5 oz Chinook add the other .5 oz at 50 min. 1 oz cascade at 55 min the other oz at knock out. i had in primary for 2 weeks then bottled.
