Mash in 13.75qts. @ 152f. for 60 min.. I do not steep the flaked wheat separate. I just add it to the mash.
Batch splarge x2 with 2.07gal.with a 15 min. mini mash on the first splarge.
1oz Hallertau FWH
I am a single stage brewer(no secondary), After 1 week I mash up the Blackberries and add a half a cup of water and bring it to a boil for 2 min.covered. Cool down to room temp.and add the blackberries to the fermenter.
I batch prime, so I add the Blackberry Flavoring to the sugar solution @ bottling.
