Mildly bitter dry with hints of floral and honey caramel sweetness. This beer brews a crystal clear golden orange color.


  • 8oz English medium crystal
  • 8oz BRI ESS special roast
  • 6lbs gold malt syrup (split addition 60 and 15 min
  • 1lb orange blossom honey ( 5 min )
  • 1oz Syrian holdings ( 60 min )
  • 1oz UK Kent holdings ( dry hop in secondary )
  • 1 whirfloc tablet ( 5 min )
  • Wyeast1764 pacman
  • 1

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 7 days
Secondary Ferment: 2-3 weeks with uk kent hops 2-3 weeks bottle

Steep grains at 160 degrees for 30 min. In 3 gallons water. Bring to boil.
Add half of malt syrup and hops. Continue to boil. With 15 min left add rest of malt syrup. With 5 min
Left add whirfloc tablet and honey. After 60 min boil let stand 10 min. Chill wort as quickly as possible.chill to 70-75 degrees. Pitch activated yeast. Ferment at 65 degrees
