Steep grains at 160 degrees for 30 min. In 3 gallons water. Bring to boil.
Add half of malt syrup and hops. Continue to boil. With 15 min left add rest of malt syrup. With 5 min
Left add whirfloc tablet and honey. After 60 min boil let stand 10 min. Chill wort as quickly as possible.chill to 70-75 degrees. Pitch activated yeast. Ferment at 65 degrees
