A little to dark, both in color and in taste. Sweetness to it, falls a little flat at the end, flavor stops abruptly. Really no after taste.

  • 1 lbs - Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.5 oz - Galena [12.5%] - Boil 90 min (Hops)
  • 0.50 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1.5 oz - Fuggle [4.5%] - Boil 3 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - American Ale II (Wyeast Labs #1272) (Yeast)
