Mash grains @ 152 F for 60 min, sparge w/ 175 F water.
Bring wort to a boil and add extracts. Add hops and Irish moss as indicated.
Force cool to 85 F & top up w/ cold water to 5 gal total volume. Pitch Wyeast American ale 1056 @ 68 F.
