Drained this whole batch at the NELP LAN party at Vinster's house. Everyone RAVED about it at the party and afterwards. I actually thought it was "below standard"..don't make again.

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8 lbs - Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Northern Brewer [7.1%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Dry Ale, #04 (Safale #) (Yeast)
