Ingredients:

  • 6 lb dry amber extract
  • 3 lb dry golden light
  • 1 lb crystal 120
  • 1/4 lb chocolate malt
  • 1 oz northern brewer boiling
  • 1/2 oz crystal flavor
  • 1/2 oz crystal aroma
  • wyeast london ale yeast

Procedure:

steep grains at 155 for 45 min in 2 gal water remove and sparge with 1 more gallon water @ 170 bring to boil add boiling hops boil 30 min add all dry malt and flavor hops boil 20 min add aroma hops boil 7 min add irish moss cool and rack to fermenter with enough water to make 6 gal pitch yeast
