steep grains at 155 for 45 min in 2 gal water remove and sparge with 1 more gallon water @ 170 bring to boil add boiling hops boil 30 min add all dry malt and flavor hops boil 20 min add aroma hops boil 7 min add irish moss cool and rack to fermenter with enough water to make 6 gal pitch yeast
