Yield: 2.50 US Gallons
Boil 1 gallon water, 3.0 lbs liquid light malt extract,and hops for 60 minutes.
Pour 1 gallon of ICE COLD water into fermenting vessel.
Add wort to fermenting vessel and stir vigorously to aerate.
Pitch yeast into wort, wait 30 minutes, aerate once again.
After three weeks, batch prime - 4.5 Tablespoon cane sugar, then bottle.
