This is my version of a holiday ale. It has a nice malty base with a subtle spice kick. A little warmth rounds it out on a cold night.

  • 4.0 oz - Pale Chocolate Malt (200.0 SRM) (Grain)

  • 1 lbs - Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) (Grain)
