Description:

a nice and Lite beer with 1.7% alcohol
can be nice for pepole that want to drink but can't have high alcohol this is for 23L batch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 k"g - Pale Malt UK
  • 0.50 k"g - Caramel / Crystal 60L
  • 0.45 k"g - Cara-Pils
  • 0.20 k"g - Vienna Malt
  • 15 g"m - Chinook 13% - 60 min
  • 15 g"m - Chinook 13% - 5 min
  • 15 g"m - Hallertauer 4.8% - 5 min
  • 15 g"m - Willmette 5.5% - 5 min
  • 15 g"m - Willmette 5.5% - 60 min

Primary Ferment: two weeks
