Tad sweet but working on this to get rid of that and some haziness due to the flocculant yeast, but this is a great session beer!
Do a yeast starter so you can enjoy this a week in advance!!!
Original Gravity: 1049
Final Gravity: 1013
Recipe Type: all-grain
Yield: 5.00 US Gallons
Mash, at 151 for 60min
Sparge at 180 for 15min
Ferment @60-62 for all 4 weeks and of course put it in secondary after the second week.
Next time I do this I may lager it for a couple weeks. I hear it should clear it up and get rid of the sweet Kolsch yeast taste.
