Description:

Wort tastes like a very sweet but otherwise average oatmeal. 12/4/2013 molasses, dark toffee, and alcohol; it was good and I drank the whole sample.

  • 13 lbs 12.0 oz - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Brown Sugar, Dark (50.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.8 oz - Apollo [18.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 3 pkgs - SafAle English Ale (DCL/Fermentis #S-04) (Yeast)
