This was brewed for my Goddess who likes Bass. It came out a little darker and maltier but she actually likes it better. Actually, so do I.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs - Corn, Flaked (1.3 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8 lbs - Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.8 oz - Perle [8.0%] - Boil 75 min (Hops)
  • 8.0 oz - Brown Sugar, Dark [Boil for 15 min] (50.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1.00 - Immersion chiller (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Northdown [7.9%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Burton Ale (White Labs #WLP023) (Yeast)
