This is one of my favorites. I developed it to mimic the Julius Echter dunkelweizen my friends and I drank while active duty in the Wurzburg area of Germany. Low bitterness with a hint of sweetness from the honey malt is complemented by the apricot type ester produced from the wlp 380.
