Wort: Very sweet, more toffee, & more roasty malty flavor at OG-stage than SharkBite2. For comparison MoreBeer Pizza Port Shark Bite Red extract based kit: OG 1.058-61, SRM 21, IBU 55-60, ABV 5.8%. This SharkBite3 is less bitter IBU 41.7, less red w/ SRM 16, and more ABV at 6.3%. Taste: strong caramel and bready notes, could use more bitterness, too far onto sweet side.
