  • .5 lb British Crystal
  • .5 lb Special B
  • .5 lb Dingmars Belgium Aromatic
  • .5 lb Maltodextrin(8oz)
  • 1 tsp Irish moss
  • .4 oz Coriander
  • 1.5 oz Orange Zest
  • .5 lb sugar(8 oz)
  • 8.0 lb Liquid Extract (light)
  • 2.5 oz Amarillo Hops
  • .5 oz Cascade Hops
  • .5 oz Simcoe Hops

Primary Ferment: 16

1. Steep grains in hop bag with 3.0 gal of water for 45 min @ 155 deg
2. Remove grains
----------------------------Begin 30 minute boil----------------------------
3. Add liquid extract, sugar and Maltodextrin.
4. Add 1oz Amarillo Hops
5. At 20 minutes add .5oz Cascade Hops
6. At 10 minutes add .5oz Simcoe Hops, 1tsp of Irish Moss and orange zest
7. At 0 minutes add (rough cut) Coriander
8. Combine wort with water to make 5 gal and add .5oz Amarillo Hops
9. Pitch yeast (WLP001 California Ale Yeast ) when wort temp is between 70-80 deg
10. At day 8 of fermentation, dry hop 1.0 oz of Amarillo Hops
