Description:

This Pale Ale has a Red Color,starts with a nice hoppy bitterness and finishes with a nice smooth, dry, floral aroma and taste.

Ingredients:

  • 22 Lbs 2 Row 1/2 Lb 10L
  • 1/2 Lb 20L
  • 1/2 Lb 40/60L
  • 1 Lb Wheat
  • 1 Lb Carapils
  • 2 oz Magnum Bittering
  • 2 oz Cascade Flavor
  • 1oz Amarillo Finishing
  • 1oz Centennial Aroma
  • 1 Lb Honey
  • 1oz Citra Leaf Hops Dry Hop in Keg
  • 1 packet Ale yeast

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 1 Week
Secondary Ferment: 1 Week in Glass carboy. Dry Hop in Keg with 1oz C

Procedure:

Single Temp Infusion Mash @160F for 1.5 Hours
End of mash @ 152F
Sparge water @ 180F.Sparge for 45 minutes
For 10 Gallon boil have a minimum of 12.5 Gallons in brew kettle
60 mins 2 oz Magnum
30 mins 2oz Cascade
15 mins 1oz Amarrillo
10 mins 1/2 oz Centennial ,Add teaspoon Irish Moss
5mins 1/2 oz Centennial Add 1 Lb Honey
Wort Chill to 70F then Pitch yeast.
