  • .5 lb Biscuit (Belgian)
  • .25 lb Roasted Barley
  • 1 oz Centennial (60 mins)
  • .5 oz Centennial (20 mins)
  • .5 oz Centennial (5 mins)
  • 1 oz Centennial (Dry hop 1 week)
  • American ale yeast

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 1 week
Secondary Ferment: 1 week (while dry hopping with 1 oz centennial hop

Mash at 152-153 degrees
Of course clarity is optional.... I threw in a whirlfloc tablet 45 mins into the boil. Also I bottled it (As I do not yet have a keg) with 2/3 cup of corn sugar for priming.
