Description:

Roasted tasty goodness. Honest Guinness taste without the Nitro.

Ingredients:

  • 10 lbs. Pale 2 Row
  • 1.5 lbs. Roasted Barley
  • 1 lbs. Flaked Barley
  • 1 oz. Cluster
  • .5 oz. Cascade
  • Safale 05 or Wyeast 1084
  • Irish Moss

Primary Ferment: 14 Days
Secondary Ferment: 14 Days

Procedure:

Mash in @ 150 for 60 minutes. Batch sparge with 1.25 grain/water rest 10. Drain into BK, 7 gallons. Boil 60 minutes, add Irish moss @ 15min, cool, pitch at 65-70.
