a mead that fits pumpkin pie perfectly. a nice amber color and great flavor for the holidays and fall.
Set 3 quarts of water to boil, when bubbling (180 degrees +) add the Honey stirring rigorously so it doesn't scorch. Keep just below boiling for 15 minutes then add spices and vanilla. boil for 3-4 minutes. Cool.
