  • 4.0 oz - Carafa II (412.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 10 lbs - Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Northern Brewer [10.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Hallertauer [4.8%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Bohemian Lager (Wyeast Labs #2124) (Yeast)
  • 2 lbs - Honey (1.0 SRM) (Grain)

Thanks for the recipe, it turned out really well.I used a smaller grain bill as didn't want such a strong drink, came out at 6%. The balance of honey and hops worked wellWill be brewing this again
