5 gal batch. Still in Primary but I made a Mixed berry wheat that was awesome with this similar recipe, just subtract the honey malt and add two bags of Wymans mixed berries in the secondary. that recipe use .5 lbs. of crystal malt 20L. For this oneI had some crystal and munich malts laying around so I threw them in. Easy to make. The O.G. seemed low


  • 6lbs. Wheat malt white
  • 5lbs. 2 Row
  • 1lb. Honey malt
  • .5lb. flaked Oats
  • 5oz. crystal malt 20L
  • 3oz. munich malt
  • Hops
  • Hallertau 60 min
  • 2 tabs irish moss
  • 1.25 tsp yeast nutrient
  • wyeast 1010

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 7 days
Secondary Ferment: gonna be 7 days

Single infusion brew
Sach rest 150 degrees for 60 min
Sparged at 170 degrees for 30 min
60 min boil

Pitch yeast at 70 degrees
Use a blow off for at least two days, then air lock
