Fruit Beer

Description:

Color- orange
Taste- mimosa
Aroma- fresh
This beer is delicious, refreshing, strong with a fresh clean aftertaste. It is fresh and crisp and can be dangerous as it will sneak up on your equilibrium.

Ingredients:

  • High gravity ale yeast from white labs.
  • No pulp Tropicana not from concentrate orange juice. (six gallons)(one gallon)
  • One cored pineapple.
  • One large ginger root.
  • 4 lbs of dark brown sugar.

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: two weeks
Secondary Ferment: about twenty minutes

Final Gravity: allot less

Procedure:

Mix it all together.
Wait two weeks.
Rack.
Add one gallon of orange juice.
Bottle into 500 ml Grolsh flip top bottles.
Add .25 tbl spoons of turbino sugar. (sugar in the raw)
Wait two weeks.
Be careful, Don't drink and drive.
