  • 2 lb Flaked Maze
  • 3 oz Saaz
  • 1/4 tps irish moss
  • White labs Pilsner 800

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 14 days at 52 Degrees. D rest 48 hours at 60 Degre
Secondary Ferment: 21 days at 46 degrees. Cold crash for 5 days at 35

Mash in at 122 for 30 minuets. Raise temp to 153 for full conversion that takes about an hour. Mash out at 168 for 15 minuets. Boil for 60 min. add 1.5 oz saaz at start of boil. Add 1.5 oz saaz at 20 left in boil. Add Irish moss last 10 minuets of boil. Make a starter of about 1/4 cup of yeast and pitch at 52 Degrees. Very simple recipe but oh so good when it's done.
