Christmas/Winter Specialty Spiced Beer


dark brown color, medium tea aroma, strong tea flavor but very delicious with 5-15% alcohol


  • 1 gallon of water, 1/2 cup of powder ice tea, 2 cups of sugar, bakers yeast or any other kind of yeast

Primary Ferment: 3-7 days
Secondary Ferment: 3-7 days

add 1 gal of hot water, add 1/2 cup of ice tea powder and 2 cups of sugar and stir, let temp go down to 70-80F and add yeast and let ferment for 3-7 days till stops fermenting and siphin and filter in to bottles with priming sugar for 2nd fermentation or bottle and freeze it to kill yeast so it stops fermenting
