  • 0.50 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] (Dry Hop 3 days)
  • 0.25 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (15 min) Hops
  • 0.50 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] (15 min) Hops

Procedure:

Mash out at 175 degrees for 60 minutes, boil for 60 minutes, and hops according to time listed, dry hop .5 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) and add sanitized oak chips in secondary fermenter
