Belgian Golden Strong Ale

Description:

Delicious and original dessert with trappist beer!

Ingredients:

  • 100 gramm dark chocolate,
  • milk cream 2 dl, trappist beer 1 dl (brown trappist beer like Chimay or Rochefort), 24 small pieces of amandel, 2 dl caffee powder

Procedure:

Make a liquid on a low fire from the chocolate and the creme. After 15 minutes, add the trappist beer.
You will have a great chocolate trappist soup as a result.

Tip;: you can decorate the soup with small pieces of amandel and some coffee powder. Mmmm! :)
