Used City's Tap Water (somewhat hard)
Partial Mash: 1 hr
2lbs - 2 Row at 154 for 30min, add Crystal and Honey Malts for remaining 30min. Sparge with 170* Water.

Continue with boil.

Rehydrate US-05 in 1.5cups of 100* water 45min before pitching time.
