Very sweet :). Also, the aroma was very fresh-squeezed like.

Ingredients:

  • 21 lbs 7.7 oz - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs 0.7 oz - Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 0.4 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Nugget [12.2%] - First Wort (Hops)
  • 1 lbs 0.4 oz - Corn Sugar (Dextrose) (0.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Citra [14.2%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Mosaic (HBC 369) [11.6%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Citra [12.0%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Citra [14.2%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Mosaic (HBC 369) [11.6%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
