Common Cider

Description:

Has A excelent flavor protected by the ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 4 gallons Cider, Unpasturized, "with out Potassium sorbate"
  • 4 Tsp Yeast Nutrient
  • 4 Tsp Liquid Tannin
  • 1/4 Tsp Pectic Enzyme
  • 5 grams Champagne Yeast
  • 3 Lbs Pure Cane Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Potassium Sorbate
  • 4 Campden Tablets

Primary Ferment: 7-10 days

Procedure:

Disolve sugar in one gallon of cider in a stew pot. Pour Mixture in main fermenter. Add the rest of the cider. add yeast nutrient, liquid tannin and pectic enzyme. Allow mixture to cool to 70 degrees f. Add yeast. Ferment for 7 to 10 days. Add campden tablets. allow to disolve for one day. Rack mixture to secondary tank and disolve Potassium sorbate. Bottle and enjoy!!
