This is my third one gallon batch which is fermenting at present. This is a variation of my previous attempts, allowing me to learn as I go, I am confident this will be swell as for my rookie and sophomore batches were a bit too bitter.
Warm honey with about half of the water, brew tea and add all the spice to tea along with clove. Add juice concentrate to fermenter, followed by honey and water mixure, then tea and spice mixture. Top off with remaining water and finally the vanilla. Aerate well and pitch yeast.
