Mix half a gallon of the juice or cider with the light brown sugar. 2 lbs will give you a very high OG (1.09 - 1.11 = upwards of 14% abv)

pour this into a one gallon jug filling it up almost full with cider (allow some head room)

I use a whole Wyeast cider pack and divide it for three 1 gallon jugs.

then add about 1/2 tsp yeast nutrient (helps kickstart the yeast in such a high gravity must)

airlock it, and wait about 2-3 weeks or until bubbling stops or you are down to a 1.0 gravity.

once it reaches 1.02 or lower bottle, and age or drink right away. much better COLD. the higher the og the longer you should let it sit. also try dark brown sugar for a different taste
