Description:

After a month of maturation this finally became a good bock. Deep layers of flavor with a clean malty aroma.

  • 5 lbs - Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 5 lbs - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 3 lbs 12.0 oz - Vienna Malt (Weyermann) (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 12.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 12.0 oz - Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 5.3 oz - Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.5 oz - Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.4%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 5 min) (Misc)
  • 0.5 oz - Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.4%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
