Very smooth with a caramel and nutty almost woody taste. This beer is very drinkable. Would brew again and again!!

  • 3.2 oz - Challenger [8.9%] - Boil 90 min (Hops)
  • 3.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
