Boil LME and Amarillo hops with 1.5 gallons of water for 50 min. Add Mt. Hood and boil for 10 more minutes. Turn off heat. Add Cascade at flame out.
Strain wort, add to 3 gallons of cold water. Wait until water is >80 degrees and pitch yeast. Give it a stir in 10 minutes and wait patiently for 7 days to bottle.
